Nipple started to get puffy and sore last week so started nolve 20mg/eod. Still the same this week so started proviron 1 tab eod opposite nolve. Should I up the dosages on either or even change from eod to ed? Or should i wait another wk to see what happen?

Try some Arimadex. It will work wonders and it is worth the cash IMO.

If you are already puffy, up the nolvadex to 40mg\ed until the puffiness is gone, then drop down to 20mg\day until your cycle is over.
