I am thinking about taking just clens but my friend is telling me it won't work well alone. i want to get cut up, but i am not a compeiting athlete any more. what do you guys think..should it be taken alone or stacked with something else and what?i am not a fat ass so i don't need massive work,but it is definately needed. you can cut up by eating clean, doing cardio, and using an eca. if you have to use the clen then thats your choice. take clen for 2 weeks, starting with one pill to see how you react. up your dosage 1 pill per day until you get the strong shakes and back off a half pill or a full pill. that will be your max limit. the next two weeks take an eca to prevent a crash. cycle that for a month or two and see how it works. the only way your gonna see results is if you eat clean, do your cardio, and your weight training.good luck. ![]() |
