I will post updates throughout my cycle for anyone who has interest or questions. I took todays dose by crushing the pills into a fine powder with the pill cutter/crusher that i got for $5 at GNC. It split the 25mg dbal tabs I was taking great and it crushed the fina even better. I put the powder between across my gum between my cheek. The powder being so fine absorbed really well with most gone in 5 min. It does kind of have a stinging taste but it is bearable.

how many tablets you taking a day? I hear 5-10 2x per day is about right but i also hear less than that too.
