They are white and have a triangle on one side. They come in blister packs of 10 with blue writing on them. I am on day 4 and feel a little more pump when I work out and my appetite is up along with the amount of times I piss

gains in bodywt. should happen after a week to ten days...previous description of pills was right on.great stuff.
