The other day I took 6cc's of Laura and went and worked out about half an hour later.The day after I woke up with a big bruise on my ass and a hard lump!I tried to work it in.I read in a MuscleMag though that if you take a shot and then work out it could iratate it.Is this true or just bullshit? I could use some help here guys,much appreciated!     | ||

Sometimes with a dull needle it causes a little trama to sight I've done it hot showers help .  | ||

you did 6 cc's all in the glute at the same time? anywayz..i got a bruise and lump now...cause Fri. when I injected i nicked a vein or vessell...today i injected in the same side, just went a little below the bruise and everything turned out fine ------------------ |
