Hey i boght some sust 250 but dont know what to take as an antiestrogen. im kinda leaning tward proviron but i herd it can reduce the gains. when should i start taking it in my eight week cycle

how much sust are you taking? i dont think you can really get gyno of sust if you keep it under 1000mg's a week, are you prone to gyno? if so i'd grab some nolva
