Ended up injecting in my quad. 2ml of deca. I admit I was nervous for my first ever injection, but I remembered to pull back on the plunger to see if air came in. No blood. :-) Tommorrow I start 20mg of dbol with a 6000 calorie a day diet. High Intensity Low Rep Workouts. Trying to gain 15 lbs of keepable mass. I Will fill you in on the results. LB     | ||
