whats up bro's. i have been in and out of elite fitness for over a yr now. i have had a couple of different names as there was a time when george was having problems with hackers, etc. formally shredz, beef,beef da newbie...anyway, i am hoping that this time i will be able to keep my account as it is always annoying to lose your post count. stats: i am 23 yr old, 6' and 195 with 7%bf i have done two cycles in the past and i am thinking of starting one again really soon and i have trained consistantly for the past 4 yrs. i am looking forward to learning more from all of the people on here. i hope i will even be able to contribute with my personal expiriences. thanks again ------------------     | ||
