Here in the UK, I believe the maximum jail sentance is 6 months for a Class C drug, no longer. I knew a guy that got sent down for dealing another Class C drug, he got three months, out in six weeks. ------------------     | ||

Here in Cali it's up to 5 years for state charges... If you're lucky enough to get your shit bumped up to the federal level I think it's a maximum 15 years. | ||

I am a few blocks outside of Cook County. In my county you would get 1 year on average. They have little else to do here. However if you were caught in Chicago, Cook County, you would probably get a $1000 fine and sent on your way. They don't have time or money to prosecute AS dealers. The City of Chicago has over 45,000 violent crimes a year, that would be only the murders, criminal sexual assaults, robberies, and aggravated assaults(weapon). AS dealers are the last thing on their minds. ------------------ |
