thanx for all the info i've gotten back for the sus and winny stack i'm starting. I was wondering, i'm 6'0 and 205. I'm looking to tone down alot that's why i chose this particualr gear. I was wondering if it would be a good idea to throw in 3 or 4 days of cardio with my actual work outs, or would this take away from the gains from the gear? IP: Logged |

I was under the impression that doing cardio when on the gear is a bad thing because if possible enlargement of the heart. Does anyone know if there is any truth behind this? IP: Logged |

No idea about your enlarged heart question but I have found that the best combo for fat loss and muscle gains is morning cardio on an empty stomach with clen tabs then heavy lifting at night and I think I get good results taking d-bol tabs or ref-b right before bed. Get plenty of sleep and eat right and often. IP: Logged |
