A long time ago I read the Animalbolics posts, but I can't remember the details one iota...I thought that I heard he trademarked them, and if this is so do I have to buy them from him? I tried the search and got jack... HH IP: Logged |

Animal loves to think that all of his ideas are genuine and earth shattering. He has stated that his 'things' are protected but I honestly doubt that. I've had some minor legal advice on trademarks and copyrights and since his plans are really compulations of well known facts which have been made available to a wide public arena, I'd say it is impossible to leagally protect them. He claimed that T-mag stole his whole diet thing and threatened legal action. TO my knowledge nothing was done about it. DAmn...I forgot the question now...did this answer it ? BPP IP: Logged |

Well, yes and no...I should have clarified it. Where is the Animalbolics info at? Which diet on T-mag are you talking about (they've had a ton. Do you mean the Anabolic/Dipasquale diet?) I thought I read his old stuff here, but it isn't coming up. Any rate, thanks. HH IP: Logged |
