![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() As a rule working out on the same day as SCUBA diving is not advised due to Nitrogen retention and increased blood flow. On your off days what effect do ASs have in the system. In general in there constant Notrogen retention? Are your muscles constantly being fed with blood flow? Stange question I know but, I am an Instructor and this is a major consideration for me.

![]() ![]() ![]() I just came back from Cozumel last week and had 6 days of diving. All recreational dive profiles are based on the most stringent exagerated numbers time 10! The real risks that come to play are with multiple dives of 100feet or more (Beyond regulation). Relative physical codition plays a strong role in your degree of risk. Personally, i am not a smoker, moderate occasional nightime drinker(never the evening before a dive). But, id been gearing on many dives. i did notice a better physical anticipation before dives while my buddies were half awake. And i seem to remember them better than they. MY POINT-enjoy the diving! 5 dives from 100 (boat) baby gonna get my century card! IP: Logged |
