Is anyone else having problems loading their passphrase applet? I sent them an e-mail about it from another anonymous account, but was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this. IP: Logged |

I created my account from my machine at work and then came home to realize I could not log in from home. Came up with an applet error everytime. I loaded the new Internet Explorer from Microsofts web page and the problem went away. I loaded Win98 too, but I believe the problem was with the browser. IP: Logged |

Because the email is encrypted a applet has to load up for your browser to read the email. Also because it is a secure site the encryption signature has to be verified. All of this takes time. And that really sucks especially if you have a regular dial up account. Hang in there! It may seem like it is hung up but give it a moment, it will usually finish the transaction. IP: Logged |

Thanks for your feedback. The problem is resolved. Apparently this happens a lot during high traffic times. BTW, I am using IE5 for browser and it didn't just appear to freeze, I got an "applet not found" message. I'm relieved that others have had this problem as well, as I was beginning to worry that someone had hacked my account. IP: Logged |
