I'm going to be photographed for a calendar of guys at my school in a couple weeks. I've been on a cutting phase and everything's going great, muscle's looking hard, have cuts I didn't know existed. Just figured I'd go the extra distance with a diuretic before the shoot. Can I buy one over the counter? If so, which one is good, how long before the shoot should I use it for, and what guidelines should I follow to avoid over-dehydration? Thanks for the advice... ------------------ IP: Logged |

depending on what your bodyfat is, a diruetic will not help you get any leaner. If you are already lean enough that a diruetic will make a difference, then you are probably lean enough without it, if that makes any sense. Anyways, I don't know of an OTC diruetic that is of any good. IP: Logged |

Dude, if your that close to a great profile-nix the diuretic! Rather, lower the carbs. That can produce dramatic effects alone. Also-thermogenics-cafeine, ephedrine, ma huang. Water retention can dramatically drop in very short periond of time w/o flurosimide through diet control. IP: Logged |
