 my ear hurts!!

last night i did heavy legs and the inside of my ear started hurting like crazy. i think i was holding my breath and the pressure screwed up something in there. i'm still in a lot of pain and i'm worried. what should i do? IP: Logged |

See a doctor pronto. You could have burst an eardrum while doing a Valsalva maneuver. I hope it's nothing this serious, but get it taken care of as soon as possible. IP: Logged |
