what's everyone's opinion on this nitro-tech? i tried it and i personally couldn't tell a damn bit of difference between that and regular old whey. i know that this is off the subject of as, but hey i'm a newbie so i have an excuse. later ------------------ IP: Logged |

It is better then a lot I have tried but I still find desighner protein to be the best, I only use that and sometimes creatine. Greg Kovacs swears by it so it muct be good  IP: Logged |
