how long will ref-b stay in the cap? will the cap break down? and here is a stupid one... do you just poke the needle through the cap, or do you take the thing apart, fill and put back together? help for the ref-b chalanged. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Hey 31, Heat and moisture are the enemy of gelcaps. They will only last around 2-3 hrs before they get all squishy and leaky. I know because I loaded 20 of them to bring on vacation and they all got ruined later that day--still ate them anyway. So, fill em and eat em. Yes, do open the caps, inject the rev, put the caps together, eat it. Lastly, I like reforvit. I get very pumped and hard on it. I do like the pink thais better for growth, however. IP: Logged |
