Help out here bros. I get up at 230am to get to the gym by 3- work out till430 or 5 and got to work from 6-6 and hit the bed around 8pm or so. I need to know what to eat that early in the morning (2:30am)before my workout. If i eat and take ECA before workout, during my 2nd set or so I fell the YACK coming on and have to stop my set. just like any time,take in a good preworkout meal composed of complex carbs and proteins about 60 minutes or so before your workout. i take in a cup of rice and a protein shake. about 45 g carbs and 21 g protein. IP: Logged |

I'm up at 3:00am to work-out at 4:00am. I vary what I take, kind of like in cycles. I buy a case of Extreme Ripped Force, and drink that before a work-out for a couple of weeks. That stuff really gets me going. Sometimes I drink an Effervescent Creatine drink when I wake up to piss around 1:00am. Then at 3:00am I'll pop some Andiokinetix or Xenadrine and drink water thru-out W/O. I also use Cort-Bloc every time. IP: Logged |
