The theroy is good but going two weeks of starving yourself isn't. A modified version which would be 10 days of clean eating, then 3-4 days of a high caloric intake. This will be more comfortable and easier to stick too, with good restults. IP: Logged |

Jonrocks is right, I tried it and the two weeks of starving was too painful, and I lost virtually all of the muscle I had gained as well, a shorter cycle version would probably work better. deltman IP: Logged |

Myo is good huh ecto? I just dropped $250 at the local GNC getting weight gainers, Myoplex, HP, and another protein shake so I'll be ready for the big cycle. Bill is a salesman no doubt, but he's makin' some jack off me!!!!!! deltman IP: Logged |
