Use it only to help w/gyno. I usually keep some on hand just in case I get itchy nipples. When the shower hurts your nips, you need the novi. Personally, I try to use the minimum effective dose. That's (for me) one 10mg tab in the am, one in the pm. I use them until my nips don't hurt anymore--usually 5-8 days. Use this as a guideline, and try to use the least amount you can. Good luck bro! Novladex is good, Arimidex is best. Teslac is also just as good. Hope I helped. IP: Logged |
