![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I bet you already have a six pack but just can't see it through the layer of fat. Remember abs are allmost completely diet. But if your diet was good (low carb high protein) I would say that 300 reps a day would be over training your poor abs some may not agree with me but I feel abs should be trained every 3-5 days your muscles need rest too. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I AGREE ABS ARE MAINLY DIET. I FEEL U CAN TRAIN ABS ATLEAST 5 DAYS A WEEK. I FEEL THE BURN IS ALOT MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE # OF REPS. I AM CURRENTLY BULKING BUT WHEM I CUT I JOG AND DIET WELL AND MY ABS SHINE THROUGH GREAT FOR AN AVERAGE JOE. ------------------ IP: Logged |
