![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Your off days are you recovery days. This is when your muscles GROW after a week of breaking them down. Just eat carbs early in the day and alot of protein all day long and you'll lose bodyfat. Try doing cardio on your off days just to burn some extra cals. ------------------ IP: Logged |
