I did not read the roid belly post but... 1) I think it is mostly genetic... 2) Avoid using heavy weights to do abs (obliques). Jon ------------------ IP: Logged |

So, There's no way to know if I'll get a roid belly on deca, 'til I try it? Does anyone know what Arnold used? He's still pretty fucking big... IP: Logged |

I believe he used D-Bol and Primo. I think he is finished with gear. I think his recent heart surgery has something to do with it. He has great genetics. Jon ------------------ IP: Logged |
