Hey, anyone use fiber supps? I assume that alot of you do but I never have. Running this cycle Im having a hard enough time keeping my caloric and carb intake high..and Im having a hell of a time getting my veggies in there. Can someone turn me onto a good fiber supplement I can use until I go back to my cutting diet again. Thanx Bros, Later, WCP ------------------ IP: Logged |

try Fiber 1 cereal, it has 13gms of fiber per 30ml serving. That the hight amount of fiber in any cereal I found. IP: Logged |

I add one tablespoon of metamuesil to my protien shake in the morning. It is dietary fiber and helps keep things moving along. If you have a super high protien/low carb diet rock hard turds can be a problem. IP: Logged |

Thanx Bros, I was contemplating metamucil, but wasnt real sure. I dont believe Ive seen flax fiber before...I assume its something you can find at about any health food shop. I usually mix a whole wheat hot cereal with my oatmeal in the mornings, but after that nilch. Ill give it a shot Bros, Thanx as usual.. WCP ------------------ IP: Logged |
