I've gone thru a couple of boxes of Cytoplex, but can't say I've lost a lot of weight, doesn't taste to bad. I also like Betastatin-WPI, but the best for me personally is Muscle Meals by Muscle-link. For protein only I use Cytodyne Tech's CYTOPRO,I've used this brand for over a year. IP: Logged |
