Superstition. Gironda's dietary ideas were ahead of their time, but his supplement recommendations were pretty much useless (orchic extract, kelp, brewer's yeast were all on his supplement list). IP: Logged |

Funny story about Vince: Arnold S. walks into Vince's gym,Vince is on the phone,Arnold says to him"I am Mr. Universe and I want to workout"(he's weighing a smooooooth 265 lbs) Vince turns to him and says" You look like a fat bag of shit to me!" and returns to his phone conversation. IP: Logged |
