I have been off all supplements for about 6 months. Is it neccesary that I do the loading phase of createne. Also what do you guys think about Optimum Nutritions Andro Stack and 19-Nor Complex. I've had this stuff for a long time and never used it because of acne. Will I see any gains with it. I'm 18. IP: Logged |
