thats the question. will 1/4 tab arimidex a day hurt gains...

i'm only taking 6 dbol, 250 sust, 400 deca but my nipples are pretty itchy and i think i'm prone to gyno..

Ari should not effect gains at all...up the dose is gyno symptoms worsen
