first cycle i will be taking 500 sust 300 primo and 30 d-bol in the begining do i need any anti estragens and what are the good and bad side effects and how much novledex or cytedren should i buy and how often how much and when I know that i should take the novledex when/if my nips hurt but how much and how long and am i missing anything that i should also take i'd rather be safe than sorry IP: Logged |

Nolvadex...2 tabs per day for 5 days followed by 1 tab per day for 5 days should clear up gyno if caught right away. Also have clomid on hand for the end of cycle. -Christian IP: Logged |

 Novaldex is an anti estrogen, take it if you feel the symptoms of gyno. I would take clomid eod during the cycle, then 2 weeks of 100mg.day then 1 of 50mg.day at the end. IP: Logged |
