I'm on winny-depot right now and sometimes I use the delts for an injection spot but I have never used the bicep. be safe B IP: Logged |

Put it in my triceps (150mg a side), sore as f**k, but I got a good bit of 'Ernie Taylor' swelling for a few days! Looked mental!! IP: Logged |

I injected ref-b and winny in my chest and tris. A few min later you feel like you've gained 10lbs. Soreness is a problem sometimes but its worth it. IP: Logged |
