I like to lay on my side on a bed to inject myself in the glute. Use a pillow to prop your upper body up. It is much easier. Jon ------------------ IP: Logged |

On your side do u inject it into your Glutismaximus or your glute, also do u push it in or "dart" it in, ive only ever injected someone else and am a bit weiry of doing it myself. IP: Logged |

I inject in the upper outer quadrant of my cheek. There is a great pic on my site (below). You should quickly stick it in like you were throwing a dart. Remember to be under control, though. Jon ------------------ IP: Logged |
