yeah buddy that stuff is the real shit i am using it now and i like it. you don't really feel anything util your in the gym and then when your pressing weight its just so easy to say hey add an extra 5-10 pounds to that the last set was too easy its ok i just wish that i would have stacked it with something else rather than just taking it alone.
