What you saw is probably sweet dairy whey, which has a high lactose content and a relatively low protein content. The quality of the protein is good, but the amounts you would need to take would leave you bloated and breaking a lot of wind. Go to a good discount BB shop and get a good whey isolate; prices shouldn't exceed $11/lb or thereabouts. IP: Logged |
