i wouldn't use the anadrol through out the whole cycle. you might only want to use it for 4 weeks or so. take the winstrol with the anadrol, as it might prevent the anadrol from creating progesterone.

heres what i would do
test & deca the whole way through (the entire cycle)
winstrol & anadrol for 4 weeks.

so if you are doing an 8/10 week cycle, weeks 1-4 do them all, weeks 5-8/10 use only the test and the deca.
