Hey bros, just wanted to introduce myself to all of you. I have been a lurker for about a month now and know all the rules. There is a lot of good information on this board and also many knowledgable people. I am 30 years old and have been lifting fo about 8 years now. I have finally decided to do my first cycle and was reasearching what all was out there. I finally hit paydirt when I found this site. There is more good info on this board than I have found anywhere else.

Anyway I am a luker no longer! Keep up the good conversation!
