Take it orally, the ref-b. Its possibly the nastiest thing you'll ever drink, but it beats the crap out of injecting daily. Get some acidic drink to chase it down, unless you don't mind gagging a little. IP: Logged |

Take it orally. Don't try injecting it because it hurt(really bad). Split it up into two or three capsules a day. Half in the morning and half befor you workout for a total of 1cc a day(every day). That is what works best for me. Good Luck! STAY STRONG IP: Logged |

fact: carbonation hides taste... fact: vernors has tons of carbonation... worth a try: reforvit b in a mouth with vernors in it, then drink it down with more. thats how i take mine. can barely taste it now.... i did do it with water before... hahahahaha, thats not fun. i personally use 2cc a day, but everyone finds what works best for them. Yea bro put it into gelcaps and swallow em. Don't inject that stuff. It's not the cleanest stuff in the world. Its easy to get an infection from it. ------------------ IP: Logged |
