Cycle every four days 250mg sustanon and every eight days 200mg deca, for eight weeks.

Throughout the cycle 1 tab/25mg proviron.
100 mg/day clomid in week 9
50 mg//day clomid in week 10

Is it better to use Nolvadex? (I already have the proviron)

Both proviron and novaldex will cut into your gains, the proviron will stop the aromatizing of the test, the novaldex will compete for receptor sites. Proviron i think is better, but just in case have noval on hand.
