My first injection I tried the glute and i couldnt get to it good enough, so i went to the delt, my ? is can I always use the delts or should i try the Quads as well? The delt was painless.

Yes, you can use the delt, theigh, glute or calve, especiallly if your using the small insulin pin's, however the calve can be painful for some reason.

I wouldn't recommend test in the delt though, it can really hurt, to the point that you won't be able to use your arm

Calves are very painful to inject into.
Delts are a good site, but alternate and try to limit the amount to 3cc per delt, per day.

Yes you can, but be careful. Thighs would be the better choice.

My workout partner can't get it into his glute either and he has been taking deca in the delts with no problem for the last month

that's fine but some tests really hurt and you won't be able to move your arm..not very low profile...

The Delt is painless at first, just wait a day or so, it'll be hard to train your upper body with a sore delt.
