I have read many posts saying to put reforvit into gel caps, how do you do that? Do you use vitamin E gel caps? Any help appreciated, IP: Logged |

buy plain empty gel caps. put .o4 ml of reforvit into a syringe and squeeze into gel cap and cover with other side. consume immediately as they melt OR just place into a syring and squirt into your mouth you will get used to it and it will numb a bit and yes it taste like shit. IP: Logged |
