dosage is 2 to 6 tabs...One method is:2 weeks/2 days on...2 days off...3 weeks brake etc....etc.... IP: Logged |

You don�t have to take it in the 2 day on two off manner, you can take it straight if you like. I personaly preffer to take straghit IP: Logged |

Siropent one week on and one week off is my fav. I think the half life is more than two days as well, that's why I ramp it up, then clean out for a week. ECA is good for the middles if you need to drop fast. Otherwise, just one week on one off with the Clen. Don't want to blow out your body unnecessarily ------------------ IP: Logged |
