I will be taking clen and cytomel. I am taking the Clen for 3on/2off. Now for the question on cytomel, i know i should definetily take it the 3on days, but what about the 2off days??? ------------------ IP: Logged |

Stay on the Cynomel for no more than 6 weeks. Take no days off and taper down S L O W L Y at the end. Remember, this stuff can screw up your thyroid forever. IP: Logged |
