I have some 400 iu Vitamin E caps I was draining and putting like 1/2cc of Reforvit in it with a 22 gauge pin. Is there a better/easier way? How long are the caps good for? Thanks guys!!Chris     | ||

ya i use the gel caps that you buy at health food stores. i think that most of the health food stores have them, they go for around 1.60-2.00 for a hundred of them around here. and i just feel them up right before i take them. a 22 gauge isn't bad to use but i think a 26 gauge tuberculin needle works better just because it is shorter (which makes it easier to handle) and its smaller which makes the leakage through the hole less. | ||
