Yeah. Make sure you rub it in and around a little before you wrap it though.  | ||

By "roll-on" I suspect you mean the bottle with the roll type applicator. I have one of those bottles and have used it for many years and quite satisfied with the results. DMSO is said to be a very effective solvent but the long term side effects are not truely known. But a long as it gets me through a training session, I'll just keep on using the stuff. | ||

I tried using the dmso and had to quit after 2 days, the "garlic" smell it produced was aweful, I work up close and personal with alot of people all day long....it just wasnt the way to go for me..... Get a kit and turn it into an injectible. | ||
