If you take Nolvadex during your cycle will it keep water retention down without hindering your gains? Also, how much should a first time Anadrol user take? Thanks     | ||

most water retention is due to estrogen increases. Nolvadex may help with that but it can possibly decrease the effectiveness. Testosterone must be accompanied by some estrogen to work properly. I would prefer to use Proviron in this case. It will stop it from converting so much to estrogen in the first place and you may not even need the nolvadex. |
