N-V-R2Big trains at the French Riviera, and says that the cops outnumber you by a lot. Doesn't matter how much test you are on. I fully agree with him. We watched a bunch of people get arrested today for playing music too loud. ON THE PARADE ROUTE!!! IN THE MIDDLE OF THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE!! Not fair, not fair at all.
