Not OTC, but pharmacies do carry it. You need a script.

This must be new, because I had a list of all the place in USA where insulin was only sold with a script. The only one was Alaska. It would not suprise me though that NEW JERSEY has adopted this new law, I mean i think NEW JERSEY IS THE MECA of BODYBUILDING. With that said, I am sure some of the pharmacist started getting suspicious with all the freaks walking in for a bottle of insulin. That is probably why a scipt it needed. Up here in the east it is OTC counter, its about the only good thing about this god for saken place.
