i am using eca 1x a day at normal doses. i am getting an arrhythmia (irregular heartbeat), and blood pressure fluctuations (175/80 one hour, 140/100 the next). i am going to start taking 1/2 a pill of 20/12.5 zestoretic a day. i am hypertensive by nature (150/100 is normal), anyone else have these experiences? what did you do.
