How many of you, guys, use Pantothentic Acid for ache? I had some zits on my chest and neck,and after a month of using 1000mg/day of that stuff, my skin is baby clear.     | ||

I have used it and i went off the stuff because i wasnt shitting right. well believe it or not, once i got of that stuff i started shitting normally again. Needless to say i am back on the stuff to help with the acne. Later bro!!! | ||

I started off at 3grams a day to get my acne down to none and now I take a gram a day to stay that way. Fuzz | ||

damn your only taking 1000mg/day and it cleared it up? Nice. I'm taking 2000mg/day right now during my cycle and it is helping to 'control' my acne so it doesnt get too bad. When I come off I will have to bump it up though. |
