Ok. I'm going to do a 5 day cycle of DNP starting Wed. I tried 1 other time, 600 and worked up to 800. I feel Now since I'm only doing it for 5 days (need to get rid of water before Cancun on March 2) can I take 4 pills at once and then wait 36 hours to hit the next dose?

I tried to do that once, due to the fact
that swallowing DNP 2 times a day
is hard. Leaves THE WORST feeling
in my mouth/back throat. Needless to
say I took 800mg one morning and about
3 hours later I vomited everything in my
stomach. Haven't done that again.......
So no, I don't recommend it.
