Understanding the role of carb ingestion related to insulin usage, here is the question. They say 60min after taking GH, Insulin should be taken to work synergetically but here is the dilemma..GH is supposed to be taken on an empty stomach and before bed whereas insulin is supposed to be taken after training with carbs..see the problem?
